IT'S THAT EASY.
So you've found The O.F.F.E.R. System and you're wondering what all the buzz is about. The basic answer is that O.F.F.E.R. is a new way to look at the people who play the most
addictive and fun game on the internet - Fantasy Football. Have you ever thought that you were one of the best Fantasy Football Team Owners in the World? Did you ever wonder just who else is good at this game? Now, with the help of The O.F.F.E.R. System, you will get BOTH of those answers all at once. At O.F.F.E.R., the Top Fantasy Football
Team Owners will be rated according to how they perform
across one (or more) of the fantasy leagues that they already enjoy and play in each football season.
Using a proprietary scoring system, each team owner will be given O.F.F.E.R. Rating Points based on how they do in their league(s). The participants in all O.F.F.E.R. endorsed leagues will then have their points added up, and the owners with the most points will be rated the highest. It's just that easy.
